"The Elaflex ZVA AdBlue nozzle is the standard automatic nozzle for dispensing AdBlue.

It has a magnetic "switch" incorporated inside the spout which interacts with a magnet inside the fill pipe to prevent misfuellings of AdBlue in to diesel. It is available in two versions, Aluminium nickel plated body with aluminium spout or, stainless steel body with aluminium spout.

The spout is a defined size to mechanically prevent diesel being fuelled into AdBlue tank. The normal nozzle comes with a 1" male fixed inlet an optional swivel is available.

Elaflex manufacture two hoses for AdBlue, one is the LPG16 which is the preferred hose. It is lightweight and extremely flexible, the other is a special “Elaflex Flourline” lined hose which is provided for those who want "super" pure systems and utilise it with the stainless steel bodied ZVA nozzle.

Fittings are 1" female stainless steel and we recommend an anti-kink sleeve and blue identifier on the hose.

We also manufacture the ELAFIX adapter that fits into the AdBlue Tank which you may like to also consider for your truck parts side of the business.

We offer in addition a kit comprising the above fitted on to a Raasm Stainless steel hose reel available with up to 20 mtrs of hose.

IBC optional extras we offer are the top platform for mounting the hose reel or a side mounting that holds the reel and/or a driptray. The kit is user friendly providing long service life.
